Manufacturer Warranty

When you purchase eyeglasses or sunglasses from us we thoroughly inspect each frame prior to it leaving our boutique to check for any scratches, defects and/or imperfections. Each collection provides you with a minimum one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, some collections offer a 2 Year Frame Warranty which will be stated on the product page. This warranty will cover you against any manufacturer defects of the frame (structure and finish). This warranty does not cover you against damaged caused by any other optician servicing the frame or adding lenses, scratches on sunglass lenses and/or negligence of your eyewear. We do not offer a warranty on Sale Frames or Discontinued Frames.

All La LOOP necklaces include a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacture defects.

Please Note: We only sell exclusive independent collections that truly stand by their product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your warranty protection please do not hesitate to ask.


Warranty Shipping Policy

After 30 days from receiving the product, if a warranty claim is made through us the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from our Chicago boutique as well as the shipping fees of the product back to the collection and/or lab. This amount of return shipping is typically $25 USD for U.S. domestic claims, $50 USD for international claims (*This is just an estimate, prices can vary depending on the collection and your location). We do not recommend using USPS or any standard mail to ship your frames back to us. Please contact us for questions, concerns or any additional information.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY RETURNS: For ALL international returns, you must state on the shipping label contents, declaration page and/or custom's form: "U.S. Returned Goods" with a $1 USD value. Please Note: Failure to do this may result in additional return fees.

Frame Adjustments

Prior to shipping your glasses to you we do a thorough inspection of each frame for any imperfections and we perform a 4 point alignment of the frame for a standard fit. Please Note: The frame may require further adjustments to fit you, in this instance we encourage you to visit a local optician for a personal adjustment. Most opticians will adjust your frames free of charge, as a courtesy. We do not recommend adjusting the glasses yourself, as excessive force or bending can break the frames and/or lenses which will void your warranty.
