When you purchase eyeglasses or sunglasses from us we thouroughly inspect each frame prior to it leaving our boutique to check for any scratches, defects and/or imperfections. Each designer provides you with a minimum one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, some designers offer a 2 Year Frame Warranty which will be stated on the product page. This warranty will cover you against any manufacturer defects of the frame (structure, useability and finish). This warranty does not cover you against damaged caused by any other optician servicing the frame or adding lenses, scratches on sunglass lenses and/or negligence of your eyewear. We do not offer a warranty on Sale Frames or Discontinued Frames.
All La LOOP necklaces include a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase against any manufactuer defects.

LuxuryEyesite.com Prescription Lens Guarantee
If we make prescription lenses for your new frame and if they are not correct in any way, we stand by our work and will remake them for no charge within 30 days at no charge. This will not go against your lens warranty and we will pay for your return shipping.
When we make your new prescription lenses you automatically receive a 1 year lens warranty for a one-time replacement of your lenses, at no charge. Adding any Crizal Anti-Reflective coating will offer you an additional 1 year of coverage. This does not cover you for negligence against your lenses. Please Note: Warranty lens replacement is only for the original prescription used at the time of purchase.
Warranty Shipping Policy
After 30 days from receiving the product, if a warranty claim is made through us the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from our Chicago boutique as well as the shipping fees of the product back to the designer and/or lab. This amount of return shipping is typically $25 USD for U.S. domestic claims, $50 USD for international claims (*This is just an estimate, prices can vary depending on the designer and your location). We do not recommend using USPS or any standard mail to ship your frames back to us. Please contact us for questions, concerns or any additional information.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY RETURNS: For ALL international returns, you must state on the shipping label contents, declaration page and/or custom's form: "U.S. Returned Goods" with a $1 USD value. Please Note: Failure to do this may result in additional return fees.

Prior to shipping your glasses to you we do a thorough inspection of each frame for any imperfections and we perform a 4 point alignment of the frame for a standard fit. Please Note: The frame may require further adjustments to fit you, in this instance we encourage you to visit a local optician for a personal adjustment. Most opticians will adjust your frames free of charge, as a courtesy. We do not recommend adjusting the glasses yourself, as excessive force or bending can break the frames and/or lenses which will void your warranty.
